A Cornish Village
Tywardreath Garden Club
There has been a lot of interest in the idea of setting up a Garden Club in Tywardreath to bring together local residents who are interested in gardening. The club would be designed to appeal to all types of gardeners, from those who are just starting out to those who have been gardeners all their lives and of course those who just like to potter! Suggestions for events might include swopping seeds, plants and all that surplus veg, plus visits to nurseries and gardens, talks by guest speakers and of course the very important social events too. All ideas will be very welcome The first meeting will be in the Village Hall on Thursday November 28th from 7 pm onwards so please drop in with all your ideas and pick up some free seeds and have a cup of tea and a biscuit! Setting up the club will depend entirely on the number of people interested in joining, so please tell your friends and neighbours. In the meantime if you have any questions or like the idea, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Alyson on 01726 825283
