St Blazey, Par & Tywardreath Commemorate 1914

The Par Old Cornwall Society will be staging an exhibition in commemoration from Friday 11 July to Sunday 13th July 2014 at The Gott Hall, Par Green. St Blaise Town Council & Par/Tywardreath Parish Council are working together on other ideas which are still in the planning stage.


Accomondation

Elmswood House Hotel is attractive, well equipped and conveniently sited close to the church at the top of Tehidy Road.

There are a number of self-catering properties available in the village and surrounding district, some of which can be viewed at Sykes Cottages .

The bungalow has wide doors and level access having been designed and built specifically for the user of a wheel chair. It won an award from the Cornish Buildings Group in 1985 as the best new house in Cornwall.

Transport

A Bus service runs through the village and also to nearby Par. Details can be searched for at First Group
