The junction of Fore Street, Belmont Street and Mount Bennett Road.
Origin:-
A patch of grass whereon grazed a donkey. Then an erection of a shed to shelter the same donkey. Followed by an enlargement of the shed to hold food for the beast. Then further enlargement to make a dwelling house.

In 1936 when buses first used the road
Note:- It is said that there were no deeds for this curious house.
